The session

A classroom session on feedback: the types available to a coach, what each type does to student motivation and focus of attention, how to avoid building students who depend on the coach for every answer, and the use of video as a feedback tool. Attendees pair up and practice Socratic feedback, first on everyday problems and then on common law enforcement problems.
