The session

How to move away from dead drills and build alive problems. The session works from a basic Axon TASER scenario that most attendees will already know and shows how Denver scales it for learners at different experience levels: bringing the drill to life, manipulating constraints, and applying the feedback models the department uses with both trainers and trainees.

About the presenter

Jesse is a Lieutenant with the Denver Police Department and serves as its Director of Training. Scenario design was among the first places Denver applied ecological dynamics, and the department has built the constraints-led approach and representative learning design into its academy scenarios.
