The session

A downed casualty has sustained multiple injuries and requires immediate medical intervention to survive. The area is an active hot zone, and time is critical. This trauma lane places teams of three in a fluid, dynamic environment where they must perform lifesaving interventions, then extract the casualty from the hot zone to the warm zone, where assessment and care can continue. Teams will rotate through three iterations of lifts, carries, drags, trauma assessment, and the application of Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) techniques. Throughout each iteration, participants will face representative task, environmental, and individual constraints designed to elicit adaptive, perception-driven behavior rather than rehearsed responses.
