The session

A mat session that teaches prone control as constraint manipulation rather than memorized technique, built on three control intentions: maximizing the subject’s body-to-ground contact, separating the knees and elbows to deny a base, and clear officer-to-officer communication. Instruction begins at the end state, a subject already controlled prone, and works backward through representative tasks at varying levels of resistance, team configuration, and environment.
